Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Every order is shipped out on Wednesday through USPS, and can take one to two weeks to arrive at your shipping address.
Stories Of Glory does not currently ship internationally, but if you are living outside the US and see a product that you would like, please email me at [email protected] for a custom shipping option.
Lost or damaged packages
If you have received a confirmation of shipment email, but your package has not arrived within 2-4 weeks of the email, your package may have been lost in the hands of USPS. This is not my fault, but I am more than happy to give you a partial refund depending on the item that you purchased. Please contact me at [email protected] for any lost or damages packages, and include your order number and address so that i can further assist and assess your lost package.
Returns
If a product was damaged in the shipment process please email me for a partial refund. If the product broke or was ruined after you received it, there is nothing i can do because all sales are final.
